This is a Traditional Christmas Pudding Spice Mix.
Containing Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger, Coriander, Nutmeg and Cloves it has the wonderful aroma we all associate with Christmas.
The 6g packet contains 1 silver sixpence and enough spice for one Christmas pudding and the 12g packet enough for two.
Often mixed spice is only used around Christmas time (unless of course you are an avid baker!) so this is just enough for your pudding or to make a Christmas cake.
It is a good idea to wrap the silver sixpence in foil before baking as it makes it more visible once the pudding has been cooked, preventing a choking hazard!
