I have always loved herbs. For as long as I can remember they have been a part of my life. I also loved the idea of things being organic, as nature intended, without the addition of any "nasties". However, the word organic (a bit like the word Wedding) seems to elevate the price quite substantially and it never sat well with me. So the ethos of my shop is to provide exceptional quality organic Herbs and Spices, wrapped in environmentally sound packaging at reasonable prices that everyone can afford. As simple as that!
